Soar High

This was taken in Greenbelt 5.
Whenever I am along the vicinity of Makati, where buildings look like they are touching the skies, it gives me the feeling that I want to soar high-higher than they do. So strive hard-that's the thing to do!
I used another cheap IR filter during this time.  It's all on the post processing... Cheers to all and happy shooting!

Nature and Power

This was one of the first few Infrared Shots during the seminar I attended.  I used a cheap IR Filter  (less than a thousand).  
I tried to compare the difference between this and the more expensive one (which I used with the GOLDEN YELLOW piece). One thing I realized, it all comes down with having a good composition and patience on post processing...

Golden Yellow

This is the first ever completed IR I've done.. For weeks, was itching and imagining to post process several photos but it was just this week that I got the program.
This was taken in American Memorial in Taguig under the blazing sun around 10:30 am.

Manila Cathedral and the Dramatic Aura

I just installed my Adobe Photoshop CS 5.
Playing with the filters, I realized that this effect best suits the drama of the night...
Spanish era.. looked like this was taken in 1800... 

Supercat Docknight

This was a very difficult shot because there was no light in this area. The only thing that helped me focus is my Indiglo watch.. The focus may not be as pristine as I expected (bad eyesight adds to it). But what I appreciate about this as a newbie is the gentle movement of the waves that turned into a smoke like shadows..  As if the dock is floating.. The other thing that amazed me is the airplane in the background.

My father and I love to drive around the city especially

 at night, it's more peaceful.

Besides there's no more traffic congestion. 

It's a good thing we were lost in Intramuros.

We found oursleves in front
 of this beautiful church... 

Aahhhhh.. and there was peace..
